Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Invoice Sync Match, operated by Invoice Sync Match Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Invoice Sync Match is a business-to-business service. To create an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorized to create an account and enter into these terms on behalf of the company you register.

Invoice Sync Match reads invoices and related documents your business receives, matches them against purchase orders and delivery notes, and presents the result for your team to approve, reject, or hold. Current plans and document limits are listed on our Pricing page. We may add, change, or retire features as the service evolves.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may lock or suspend an account we reasonably believe has been compromised or is being used to abuse the service.

You agree not to:

• upload or process documents you don’t have the right to submit, including content that infringes someone else’s copyright;
• attempt to access another business’s data, bypass rate limits or account lockouts, or otherwise probe or disrupt the service’s security;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Paid plans and their document limits are described on our Pricing page. If and when we enable live billing, we’ll provide the applicable payment terms, billing cycle, and cancellation process at that time.

You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We don’t use your business content to train models for other customers.

We rely on third-party providers (email delivery, file storage, document extraction, hosting) to run the service. They’re listed in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including for repeated copyright infringement (see our DMCA Policy).

The service is provided “as is.” Automated document matching is a tool to help your team, not a replacement for its judgment — you’re responsible for reviewing and approving matches before acting on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoice Sync Match Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
