Our policy
Invoice Sync Match Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Invoice Sync Match to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in documents stored or processed through the service, in a manner consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws elsewhere.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe material accessible through Invoice Sync Match infringes your copyright, send our designated contact a written notice that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (e.g. the business account, document, or page involved);
- your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Where to send notices
Send copyright takedown notices to our designated agent at dmca@invoice-sync-match.example. Notices that don’t include the elements above may not receive a response.
Counter-notification
If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; your contact information; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where you’re located (or, if outside the relevant jurisdiction, an appropriate judicial district).
Repeat infringers
We will suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
